Too bad the world can’t understand how bad dairy products are for you with all the chemicals, antibiotics, steroids, etc that are injected into animals and these are ingested by us as well and causes unbelievable health problems. If you have sinus problems, they stem from dairy.
This is a wonderful book that really opens eyes.
